• Communicate with you about appointments, quotes, payments, and service updates.
• Process payments and maintain records of transactions.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

With your consent, PROSPR may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to quotes, appointments, scheduling, payments, and service updates. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

• Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf—subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations—including:

• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• GoHighLevel — customer relationship management, scheduling, and delivery of our SMS and email communications.
• Meta — website analytics and advertising measurement for our own marketing.

As noted above, your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and this information is not shared with Meta or any other advertising platform.
