Most homes only get cleaned once in a while. PROSPR Black is whole-property maintenance coverage — we keep the entire property covered all year, total property coverage, year-round.
The Spring/Summer visit includes a whole-home nano coat — a hydrophobic graphene treatment applied across your windows, solar, and painted siding so surfaces repel water and dirt and stay cleaner, longer.
The hydrophobic nano coat applies to windows, solar, painted siding, and metal gutters — not the roof or hardscape (unless the roof is Simix-sealed or the hardscape is stained & sealed).
Between visits your whole property stays covered: two deep visits a year, proactive check-in calls in between, and an open line whenever you need us. Every visit we inspect it top to bottom and put right anything in scope alongside the deep clean — and if something comes up in between, you call and we handle it. Cared for as if it were our own.
Every quarter you either see us or hear from us. Between the two deep visits we make proactive check-in calls — a standing quarterly touchpoint to catch anything early, not wait for it to become a problem.
