Simix is a water-based ceramic coating system. Blended with the ThermaCels additive, it forms a reflective, breathable layer that protects the substrate and reflects solar heat rather than absorbing it. It is engineered for surfaces the nano coat cannot bond to — porous roofing, stucco, and decorative concrete.

Roofs, stucco walls, and decorative or stamped concrete are the right candidates. This is the correct counterpart to our whole-home nano coat: the nano coat handles glass, solar, painted siding, and metal, while Simix handles the porous, structural surfaces. Together they cover a property's full material range with the right chemistry on each.
