Terms & Conditions

PROSPR provides exterior property stewardship services in Northern California, which may include window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, ceramic and protective coatings, and related maintenance services. The specific services to be performed are those described in your accepted quote or estimate. We may decline or discontinue service where conditions make work unsafe or impractical.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and on the condition of the property as described or observed. If actual conditions differ materially—for example, size, access, or the extent of buildup or damage—we may revise the quote before or during service and will communicate any changes to you. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote or, if none is stated, for a reasonable period, and are subject to availability.

• Deposits. Some services or projects may require a deposit to reserve scheduling. Deposit amounts are stated in your quote or checkout.
• Balance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Processing. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
• Memberships. Recurring membership or maintenance plans, where offered, renew and are billed according to the terms presented at sign-up. You may cancel a recurring plan as described in those terms.
• Late or failed payments. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts as permitted by law.

We will work with you to schedule service at a mutually convenient time. Because much of our work depends on weather and safe working conditions, we may need to reschedule, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Deposits applied to reserve scheduling may be non-refundable if you cancel on short notice, as described at the time of booking.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where service will be performed, including access to water and power where applicable, and to secure pets and remove or protect fragile items. Please inform us of any pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, coatings, or defects (for example, loose siding, failing seals, or damaged screens). We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or defects that could not reasonably be identified before service.

We take pride in our work. If you believe a completed service did not meet the scope described in your quote, contact us promptly—within a reasonable time after completion—so we can inspect and, where appropriate, re-perform the affected portion of the work. This is our primary remedy for service concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROSPR's total liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. PROSPR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, utility failures, or other circumstances that make performance unsafe or impractical.

If you opt in to receive text messages, our messaging program is governed by the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to PROSPR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
